5. Team in pink was being complacent. You could tell the team in the matching jerseys has more class, skill and above all wit. Wit is a really great technique to have in the game of futbol. It allows you to out play your opponent mentally. They did get sucked into the dirty game of futbol but I think they played smarter.

6. I'm from L.B and I got my own 6v6 team. The level is completely different from arizona .

7. Stay away from leagues that have bad referees, unless if you are allowed to file complaints on them and request a better quality ref. Otherwise, I would steer clear from those leagues to avoid confrontations and or injuries. It’s just not safe nor does it allow for good quality soccer. I would also recommend wearing shin guards for these types of games. You’re young, but not invincible, you are flesh and bone. Having said that, the ref was terrible officiating this game. Most of these refs are power trips that are old, slow, blind, and take everything personal. They ruin the game and don’t protect the good intention players from dirty players.

11. Fights happen when players dont know how to play and just end up throwing random kicks and elbows.

12. I once played in full field game that deteriorated into a full out brawl involving all field players and subs. Lasted about 10 minutes until everyone got tired. To my shock and amazement the referee decided to play out the remaining 10 minutes. The funny thing is that my then girlfriend only attended this one game and was like 10 yards from the sideline where the brawl started. After the game she goes, "Jesus Christ! That was nuts! Is every game like this?"
